Plane Ticket Themed Save the Date:
The above design is for a bride and groom from two opposite areas of the world. For them I designed a map and plane ticket themed save the date cards. Unlike most couples they are planning two weddings in two different countries; therefore the map and plane ticket tell the viewer which city, country and date each of their weddings will take place.

Some Holiday Humor
Here's one I just got finished designing. This one is for my girlfriend's back home. I know it will put a smile on their face when they open an envelope to see this little 5" x 3" card.

Baby Announcement:
This birth announcement was for a family who just welcomed their second child. It consisted of white 100% cotton paper with the information printed on it then layered on top of sage green card stock that folded over the top of the announcement; as well as a layer of transparent paper to give the text and picture a soft effect. Finally the top flap and layers of paper were all put together with a white grosgrain ribbon tied in a knot at the top. And finished off by being placed in long blue colored envelopes that matched the text that spelled out the new baby's name.
Bridal Shower invite for a girl who loves her mini-dachshund puppies:
Here is a bridal shower invitation I designed for my sister, Cherie. She has two mini-dachshunds that she loves as much as her husband. Haha! And I really wanted to incorporate that in her invite. Unfortunately the bridal party chose another theme for her shower and I had to do a re-design, but this one is my favorite compared to the one we went with.

Maribeth and Trip's Wedding Invite
Wedding invitation for my dear friend Maribeth and her now hubby John (known as Trip.) This design was printed on ivory colored card stock then stacked on top of dark deep violet card stock. Then that piece as a whole was placed in a "gatefold" chocolate brown enclosure with ivory satin ribbon to tie it all together. I feel so lucky to have gotten to design their invitation for their special day; and their wedding was absolutely fabulous!
Jen's Jamaica Wedding Invite
The above set of pages is part of a booklet style invitation created for Jennifer and Michael's Jamaican wedding in Jan. 2008. The first page is what the cover and back of the booklet looked like with the aqua and tan flowers, it also had a light blue/aqua colored belly band with the text you see (on page 1) printed on it. Each booklet came with custom made luggage tags for their guests and the RSVP card and envelope set.
Getting ready for the holidays ahead. Several designs I have made for 2008! I love designing holiday cards!
